What I learned today: (so far)

Don't be so proud of myself that I got myself and all three kids ready to go to the pool this morning; suits on, hair braided, changes of clothes (including underwear) for everyone, sandals on, potty breaks taken care of, and out the door in plenty of time to find a parking spot and get to the pool.

Of course as I was driving I noticed the gas and brake pedals felt different.

Oh yikes.
I wore my slippers to the pool!!!
Can you say pregnant brain?
And they aren't even cute. I mean, far from cute. Only one year old, but still, decidedly, not cute.



Note to self: in the AM, put on sandals, NOT slippers!!!
